willhappen
Terms of Service · effective August 1, 2026

The rules, in plain words.

1. What willhappen is

willhappen is an interface and a data layer for outcome markets on Hyperliquid (HIP-4). We show live prices, compute ratings and analytics from the public trade tape, and route orders you sign to the venue. We are not the venue. Hyperliquid executes, holds, and settles — under its own terms, which also bind you.

2. Non-custodial, always

We never hold your funds and we cannot withdraw them. Orders are signed by your wallet. If you enable trading approval, you grant a session agent key that can place and cancel orders on your behalf. That key cannot move funds out of your account, and you can revoke it at any time in Settings.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. You must be allowed to use Hyperliquid under its terms, including its geographic restrictions. You must not use willhappen from a sanctioned jurisdiction, and you must follow the laws that apply to you. You are responsible for your own taxes.

4. Risk

A share pays $1 if the outcome happens and $0 if it does not. You can lose everything you stake. Prices are the crowd’s live opinion, not a promise. Data can lag, contain errors, or stop. Markets can settle late, or wrong, and settlement is the venue’s act, not ours. Never stake more than you can afford to lose.

5. No advice

Nothing on willhappen is investment, legal, or tax advice. Ratings, analytics, dislocation boards, and model estimates are computed from public data and describe the past. They do not recommend trades and they do not predict your results.

6. Fees

Orders routed through willhappen carry a builder fee of 10 basis points on the sell side, disclosed in the ticket. The venue may charge its own fees. We can change our fee with notice on this page.

7. Rebates and referrals

The maker program and the referral program share revenue that we actually collect. They are rewards for liquidity and distribution — not yield, not interest, not an investment product. Parameters (pool, split, scope) are set per period and published. Wash trading, self-referral, and sybil patterns disqualify an address, and repeat offenders are excluded. Payouts require a registered address.

8. Ratings and public data

Foresight and Trader ratings are computed for every wallet on the public HIP-4 tape, with an open methodology. A rating describes recorded forecasts. It is not an endorsement of any person, and it is not a solicitation to follow anyone’s trades.

9. What you must not do

Do not manipulate markets, wash trade, or fake volume. Do not attack, overload, or probe the service outside the published rate limits. Do not use the open-data tier to resell our feed as your own. Do not impersonate other users in nicknames, groups, or comments.

10. Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties. We work in public and publish our own error rates, but we do not promise uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose. To the maximum extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before a claim.

11. Changes and contact

We can change these terms. The effective date above moves when we do, and material changes are announced on the site. Questions: legal@willhappen.io.
